Yes. From the brand intake we capture your voice, your customer, and the kind of language you do and don't use. Drafts go through a voice check before they hit your approval queue. You see every caption before it posts.
What platforms?+
Meta only at this tier (Instagram and Facebook). If you want LinkedIn, X, TikTok, or YouTube content, talk to your AM. Some platforms make sense for service businesses, most don't. We'll be honest about which.
Can I add custom posts?+
Yes. A la carte pricing is $75 per static post, $147 per video. Drop the request to your AM and we'll have it in your approval queue inside three business days.
What if I want a video next month?+
Switch from Basic to Pro at any time. It takes effect the next billing cycle. Or buy individual videos a la carte if it's a one-off.
Do you respond to comments?+
No. Comment and DM engagement stays with you. We post the content. The conversations are yours. Your customers want to hear from you, not from an agency typing under your name. We don't pretend to be you.
